Fantasy movie about a widow father with two daughters that meet medusa...
Hi,
I'm looking for a 90's fantasy movie wich I can't remember the name or the names of the actors.
I just remember the beginning of the movie:
There's a widdower father of two teenage girls. They somehow go to a fantasy world on a big boat.
One of his daughters don't believe in magic so when she opens her closet there's nothing but an old dress... on the other hand, the other girl has a closet full of beautifull "princess" dresses...
I also remember that the father meets Medusa.she is beautifull and friendly. He has a special stone or crystal, from where he makes a pair of shades so she won't turn people in stone statues.Medusa travells with them in their boat... and the last thing I remember is that they have to solve a riddle from the griffon
That's all I can remember...
