I'm trying to find the name of an old movie. All I remember is that was a female nurse attending a bedridden patient. The was also a handyman or gardener named Sam on the premises. It turns out the female nurse was really a man trying to kill the patient. Toward the end someone attempted to kill the killer but killed Sam instead. It's driving me crazy. Can anyone help?

I believe this in an old Alfred Hitchcock movie. It was an episode from his weekly show. I can't remember the name of the episode.

I remember watching this show with my sisters and being too scared to sleep by myself. We were pretty young and ended up sleeping in one bed that night.
