I know a man who met a married woman. The married woman became pregnant and gave birth to a child. Her husband has singned the birth certificate. The man I know believes that child may be his and want to establish paternity. Does he have the right to get a paternity test done if the child already has a legal father, (the woman's husband)

Depends on the state in question. Many states do not allow a challenge if the couple was married.
