When home office asks for 4 photos in legacy cases,does it mean you are about to be granted or refused?I need your urgent reply,am in that situation and am panicking.

I am in the same situation. I sent my son's four photographs, school's letter, child benefit letter and other informations as the home office asked in march 2010. I also sent the filled legacy questionarie. I have ilr and my daughter is british citizen. My non uk born son came to uk only last year.
