I have tiny black marks on the clothing that is in the bottom drawer of an antique dresser. I don't get the marks on clothes in the other drawers of the same dresser. When I rub them, they seem to fade and spread out. Can anyone help?

It could be that you clothes aren't completely dry before you put them away, this will create a kind of mould or mildew, caused by the damp left in the clothes.
It will show as small black spots, which will rub out but sometimes leave an odour on your clothes.
You say it only appears to be in the one draw, perhaps there is some sort of damp/ moisture getting into the drawer, maybe condensation only collects in this area being that it is the bottom drawer (coolest).
Perhaps you should alternate the drawers, maybe put the bottom one at the top and vice versa, see if it over a fair period makes a difference.
Check the wooden interior does not contain any damp spots, this will also affect the condition of your clothes.
Moisture is the problem, you just need to find and eliminate the source.
Hope this helps.
