I have a flight school in the Caribbean. Struggling with generally everything. Local authority does not encourage US Licenses so core business is OK. Competitive prices. Why struggling? Don't know. How can I turn things around?

People just don't have the excess cash to spend on perceived extras such as flight school.

You're going to have to weather the storm and try and stay afloat as best you can.
