ok so i have a big problem with my ex.she is obbsesed with me and im trying hard to get her over me but i ran out of ideas and im unsure of what to do.

Apply the no contact rules.

Stay completely away from her and don't contact her or talk to her on your phone, by e-mail or text. She'll get over you shortly... give it time.

If she is stalking or harassing you then go to the cops. Exhaust all of your options and don't be scare to go to the cops. People, exspecially exes, with an obsession should be taken seriously.

I agree that No Contact is the best way to help both of you move on.

'Helping' her is only prolonging the hurt and pain. It is leading to false hope.

If she is getting worse and not giving up, the authorities and a restraining order may be what you will have to do.

Just do your best to have absolutely No Contact with her. That includes email and FaceBook/MySpace. Give yourself time to heal before getting into a new relationship.

Is there any way I could get here over me fast today we ran into each other and she started to punch her self and going in sain.. I don't return her calls or text messages now.

If you think she could hurt herself or someone else, tell her family. It is up to them to get her the help she needs. That is all you can do. That is all you should do.

Keep up NC as best you can. Remember that YOU cannot help her. SHE has to help herself.
