You mean American football team wants you to go to US?

For US visa: Nonimmigrant Visas - U.S. Embassy Accra, Ghana

Normally when someone gets a similar offer from US, the US team will sponsor all expenses including visa/passport/airfare/accommodation, etc. You don't have to pay anything. Beware... it could be a scam.
