I remember a movie I saw on TV very vaguely about either a kid or a couple young teenagers that encountered some evil creature. I remember it had long or pointy-ish ears and it was mean. The only part I remember is that they hit it with their car or were trying to get away from it, thought they had killed it or it escaped but it climbed underneath the car and went with them. If anyone knows or has heard of this movie coule you please give me some other clues ? Thanks.

There's a few movies in the series. The first one he hid under a car, but he didn't go with them under the car, so might not be the one.
