What do her parents have to say about this? Also, there's a huge difference in life experiences between the two of you. She is too young for you and certainly not old enough to get married.
If you were 26 and she were 20, then things might work out. She needs a chance to go through her teenage years as well as finish with her schooling. Those are just a couple of the things to be considered.

As for dating, I know of no place that has laws regulating dating, but most places do allow parents to control their children.
And finally, the real legal issue is sexual exploitation. Most of India has an age of consent of 16.
As others have said, a 6 year age difference is not a problem when you are both adults. But when one is a minor, there can be issues, especially when sexual activity is involved.

She might love you, but at her age it's puppy love. As soon as she sees another cute guy that gives her attention she'll be in love with him instead.
The age difference DOES matter. Maturity has nothing to do with it. I don't know about India, but in the US if you acted on your desires you would go to prison and be labeled a sex offender for the rest of your life.
It's best for all involved to seek the attentions of a girl your own age.
At 13 she really doesn't know what love is. You've shown her some attention and that's very flattering for a 13 yr old to get attention from a 19 yr old.
But, at 13, she is not even close to mature enough for you. And she IS what we call jail bait in the US. Are you planning to go to university? Will you go away for schooling? That would probabloy be the best thing for you. In 5 years if she is still interested, then you can try.
But if suppose she also loves me when she is 18 and I'm 24 then is it all right

Yes, at that point you are both legal consenting adults. Give her some time to mature, learn, and become and adult before you make a move more than friendship.
