My wife and I are getting divorced, she left me with the 2 kids, house and moved to greenbay wi. Since we were married all of 2009 we filed married joint on tax return. I was the only one for the past 5 years to work . Is she entitled to any of the tax return

That would have to be worked out as part of the divorce settlement.

As customary practice if your in a community property state then yes she is entitled to 1/2 of the return.
