Hi, My question is When there isn't any fish (men) in your local church, surely God isn't going to frown on you for looking else where?:o
As I have had been in same church for 10years and not a single date? (and I ain't ugly or morbidly obese!) Seriously I think 10years is long enough to figure out it ain't happening here...I'm nolonger going to church, but refuse to go back just so I can meet some nice christian guy, I think after 10years you get the idea it's not going to happen!

As far I know the church is not a dating agency,and going just to check out the talent does not serve nor praise GOD.

But what you could do,is let people know in your church you are available if they knew someone that is in the same boat.

Do you work somewhere, do you ever go to walmart or some stores. How about people who live near you.

Also I am moving this to dating since this is not a religious issue, at least the way you listed

All you have to do is make your itentions known when you get to know a guy. You don't have to go to a "christian only" place to find christian men. Just make sure that you're out socializing and getting to know guys as friends. You'll find christian and non-christian guys, and you'll learn about them WITHOUT emotional involvement.

Is church the only place good guys hang out? Of course not. In the course of doing your thing, whatever it is, you will meet many to check out, and date, and see if any are interesting.

So I guess finding out what the things you enjoy doing is what you do first, to meet more people, and have more choices.

Fun activities, and groups, are the best. (or different churches that have activities, and groups, that appeal to you)
