I have a fan/light operated by one switch #1 (single pole) How do I wire another switch#2 to operate just the light and #1 to operate the fan?

You simply need to add a second hot leg from the switches to the fan. So the fan will have two hots, one for the light and one for the fan, and one neutral. You will likely have to add another wire.
