    Does a landlord have to meter each dwelling for gas and electric?
    Two rentals on same property, utilitys are being charged to one household. Landlord ran electric and plumbing( no contractors, no permits)

    Contact the permit department and they will have a field day with this landlord. Also contact the electric company about this as well due to the fact there should be separate meters unless the landlord pays for all the electricity himself.
