    2004 Dodge Ram 1500 v8, top radiator hose is hot,

    The top radiator hose is hot, but the lower radiator hose is cold. There is no water movement in the radiator. The tempature gauge is hot, I am not sure if it's a problem with the termastat. Any suggestions?
