    What is the statutory maximum amount of time I have befreo I can't sue the person anymore, it was a loan for a plane tickets I live in ontario

    Loan before Jan. 1, 2004? 6 years.

    Loan after Jan. 1, 2004? 2 years.

    Now, the SOL starts into affect after they defaulted on the loan, after you realized they had violated your agreement.
