I am trying to complete a test audit and would like to know what type of Tempstar unit uses the Heat Package EHK15AKB2. There is a note that states that the unit is not a heat pump. The Heating Model Plate stes the there is a Dual L1/L2/L3 and L4. There is an evaporator coil model FSM2x3000A1 installed.

Contact the dealer that sold you the product or the factory. Most manufactures list many different heat packages as you call them with many different units so unless you have the dealer or factory info you are out of luck. These heat packages and the units they fit in are listed by UL and CSA for only the exact models approved for there usage further complicating the issue. Also note Tempstar brand name is not a stand alone brand but is combined with many other brand names under one manufacturer. This also can complicate the problem due to labeling etc.
