Does the blue ray have a 75ohm cable stud on the back ? If it does that would be your only option if there are no other video connections available. Otherwise its hard to say without knowing model numbers of both units.
No Blu-ray player that I've encountered has a 75Ohm coax connection.
As mentioned, we need the model of the TV and Blu-ray player. Usually you just need to use an HDMI cable to connect the two. But if your TV has no video connections as you mentioned, you'll need an RF modulator to be able to give your TV yellow, white, and red video connections.
Just be aware though, that your picture quality will not be any better on a Blu-ray player than a DVD player by connecting it this way. You will need an HDTV and at least component cables to experience a noticeable difference between Blu-ray and DVD.
