    Oregon leasing laws
Several months ago my 3rd roommate moved out and will not pay rent, she only paid one month rent and is on the lease and her mom cosigned. I am taking her to court to get her rent money back but I am wondering if there is anything else I can do to get a bit more money because cable electricity and water all ran higher rates because when originally moving in we planned on splitting everything 3 ways.
So I am wondering if there is any law (similar to pain and suffering in a car accident) that allows me to get extra money for those bills, or for having to unexpectedly accommodate her leave and having to sacrifice my savings among other things.

No, however if the agreement was to share utilities you can include her share in what you sue for.

You should be suing her for her share of the rent, the cable, the electric and the water. And I hope you added her mother into the lawsuit since her mother co-signed the lease. Make sure you bring copies of all of the utility bills to court with you.
