    Apply for a US tourist visa
    Hi,
    Just want to know if it's easier to apply for a US tourist visa if your spouse is a US immigrant? Will it be a help or a deterent factor?

    If your spouse is legal US resident, you are qualified for immigrant visa but wait list is up to 5 years or probably longer. If you apply for visitor's visa, you may be denied.
