    My 25 year old daughter lives with us, her mother and step father we provide all the support for both of them can we claim them on our 2009 taxes

    You can claim your daughter as a dependent under the "qualifying relative" rules IF you provided at least half her support AND her net income is less than $3650. Same with her baby. If either has an income more than $3650, then you can't claim that person.
