My friends have a wiji bored than I played it now I feel like I'm being watched and at night its like nightmares,what do I do?

Many times if you start thinking or watching shows about spirits, you start to bring those thoughts to your subconcious mind more than you want. Most likely, if you stop playing the game, stay away from scary movies and books, and give it a little time, you will not feel this way anymore. Concentrate on lighter movies and healthy activities and you will be able to sleep better.
