    Exchange Server Limitation?
I have a problem with an Exchange Server. Each user has its own mail account on the domain. My boss wants to have two exchange mails setup on his Outlook2003 (his and another one in order to monitor it). When I go to set up another Exchange server mail account, I receive an alert message - YOU ALREADY HAVE A MICROSOFT EXCHANGE SERVER ACCOUNT SETUP. OUTLOOK SUPPORTS ONLY ONE EXCHANGE SERVER ACCOUNT AT A TIME. Is it out of the question to have 2exchange accounts on one Outlook? Suggestions please! Thanks!

Why not just give the boss access to the server to monitor mail accounts?

He wants 2receive all emails addressed to both his username and of the other user to enter his Outlook.

Ok, then all he needs to do is have that user delegate rights to him so he can add that mailbox as a separate folder in his Outlook.
