Well water pump is not delivering water. The pressure gauge reads 15psi. I can not make out if the pump is running or now (I guess because it is a submersible pump... 4" Goulds ).
Water was flowing last night but when we woke up this morning we found very low pressure and soon no water. It is below freezing (was 10 F last night)
Any suggestions?
