Trying To remember the title of a Movie I used to watch when I was younger.
If I remember correctly, I think this movie was shown on Disney Channel a lot maybe around like 1999 or 2000. I remember the plot going something like this: A kid lived in California and was forced to move to Detroit maybe(a colder climate) and he was put into a new high school out there. While there he met a girl that he started to like. I remember one distinct scene where he was with her one day on a date at either an aquarium or a green house and after they walked out and she left, he looked back at the building upside down and something about it meant something to him. Then the last part of the movie there was a big roller blading race all throughout the city. The kids went down this one hill that nobody ever goes down. It was into oncoming traffic. And one the hill, it had a bunch of turns and twists and one kid flew off the side into someone's yard. The race finished by a pier that had a parking garage right by it. The main character of the movie wasn't winning the race at this point but he went through the parking garage and jumped off the second floor of it to finish and win the race. The movie ended like this and with him being with the girl he liked in the big group of people that waited at the finish of the race. If anyone could help me out with this I'd appreciate it.
