    Affecting visa?
My family overstayed our B-2; In 2005 we applied for I-130, recently it just got approved. I'm currently enrolled into a community college; I applied for a university and they told me to fill out a I-20 form.

My Question is would my approved I-130 be affected if I fill out my I-20 to go to college? All I want to do is go to college; I came to the states when I was only 5 years old.

Approval on I-130 does not mean you already a PR, there are waiting period which could be many months or years depending on where you are from. Right now you must enroll as international student (with I-20), you can enroll as resident after receiving your green card for one year.
