Hi ,

I was on F1 until Oct and then on H1b Oct onwards. Which tax form should I fill ?
I was filing 1040EZ NR until last year. Any help would be appreciated.

When did you enter the U.S. Are you married?
If you did not complete 5 years on F-1 and are not married, file nonresident tax return with Form 8843. http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/08/us-visas.html
