Hello.
My machine moves practically a foot during the spin cycle and sounds like it's going to bring the house down. It's self leveling and is on a level floor. I know NOTHING about appliance repair but am thinking the drum has too much play. Help...

Does it vibrate even if empty? This is way out of balance.

The rear legs of the machine may be self leveling, but the front legs are adjustable. Make sure that the machine is absolutely level.

As ballengerb1 asked, does it vibrate while empty or only with a load in it?

Also, is this a top load or front load machine?
