Can you sue a bank for losing your money?
My husband works for the army and our bank has "misplaced" his money. This is the fourth time this has happened. Can we do anything about it?

First, I would have changed banks after this happened once. Why did you stay with this bank?

Also, I don't understand how they misplaced your money. Could you be a little more specific?

OK if your husband is in the army or works for the army he has direct deposit right? Would he not have access to someone in payroll that can check this for him? Something is not right here, I don't understand how a bank can "misplace" your husbands money 4 times and you continue to use this bank? Please be more specific.

Yes, how did they misplace, did they deposit it into someone else's account by mistake,

If they took your money improperly, yes you can sue them of course.
