Trying to get pregnant but my periods come at different each month like last month dec.12-5-09 lasted 9days and my next period came 1-12-2010 and last 9days how do I no when I ovulate

So, what, your periods are different. There are other body changes that can be measured. Cervical mucus, Basal Body Temperature and I believe some ovulation predictor tests.

Now the last one looks like a plan.

Sit down and smell the roses for a month or too. Note the changes. Get into the habit of measuring cerical mucus and basil body temperature. Keep track of your mood.

Start on pre-natal vitamins.

Get your body in the best shape it can be in.

Obviously it is best to stop, or at the very least cut way back, but one cigarette is not likely to cause a concern. It happens sometimes when someone doesn't realize that they are even pregnant yet. The main concern is when someone continues throughout a pregnancy.

It's best to stay away from others who smoke as well as much as possible. Remember too that smoke lingers in clothes, curtains, furniture, etc. long after someone has put out their cigarette. Any exposure is not healthy for you or for baby so limit it as best you can.

It is a good idea to stop smoking when you are pregnant but some mothers do not find out until 5-6 weeks and have smoked until then so if you are asking for that reason then its just best to stop now hun, but I do not think anyone would advise starting up again if you are pregnant. What helped me give up when I was pregnant was to grab a carrot tick when I felt like a cigarette and have a munch

Hi I've been looking through my pregnancy notes and on my most recent scan detail notes it states I have a extensive placenta site and comments say To be assessed can any one let me know if they have any idea what this means as I am a bit concerned I am almost 13 weeks pregnant with my second child and had pre eclamsia with my first and had to be induced at 34 weeks

I have airregular period.

You won't be able to determine the exact date but, with the dates of your last period and when you are due, you can narrow it down to the first few weeks of July. If it is a question of paternity, you may need a DNA test to know for sure.
