Puppy not eating not drinking but still playing
My dog is 2 months old he is going to get his first shots tomorrow but 2 days ago he just started getting lazy and stopped eating and drinking we have however been keeping him hydrated and he is still fairly active biting and playing.. he had worms but has been de-wormed is this normal

Sounds likr typical behaviour for a pup who may have had sever worms.
Usually when they get de wormed it can make them feel a bit nauseous. It doesn't sound like he is getting dehydrated, but I would keep a close eye on it, maybe you could try freezing ice cubes with chicken soup stock and putting that in his water or just giving him the ice cubes. And puppies usually need more then one round of de worming. Did the Vet prescribe the de wormer to you, or was it an over the counter brand?
To ensure he doesn't ger re infected right away, I always wash all bedding that puppy has been sleeping on, as well as make sure to pick up dog poop out side. You'd be surprised howlong worms can live in poop and dirt. I am pretty sure it was you who had the German Sheppard who had 2 back to back litters?
Please make sure you get mom de wormed, as she can pass the worms onto pups through the milk.

Is he really lathargic or just a little lazy?
    Any diarrhea or vomiting?

Since he hasn't had any vaccinations yet I would be careful. If he starts any vomiting or diarrhea take him to a veterinarian ASAP. Parvo symptoms include lack of appetite, won't drink, lethargy, vomiting and diarrhea.
