Sorry to ask a question that has probably been asked a number of times but here it goes...

Moved into a house, have a HB Mediterranean in master bedroom. It has never worked - tried remote batteries, dip switches - no luck. All 4 switches are in the "On" position and the house was vacant/owned by a relo company for > 1 year so wondering if they might have moved the switches.. There is no wall switch in the entire room.

Any thoughts/troubleshooting ideas?

Any help is appreciated.

Have you compared the switches in the remote to those in the fan?

I am presuming the LED lights up on the remote.

Have you confirmed there is 120vAC at the fan?
