One of my friends violated her probation she was on probation for credit card fraud now she is being held how many years is she looking at?

What did they do to violate the probation.

It is always just up to the judge and the recommendations of the PO.

They may just get put back on probation, or they may have to end up going to jail for the entire term of the probation.
