Just got a Maytag model # MSD2957AEW, Will not produce ice or water. Checked water line from source and plenty of water is going through the tubing. However nothing is going into the refrigerator. Bought it used and when disconnected from home everything worked. Could we have disconnected a wire on the bottom when we placed it on an appliance dolly?

It may take a few minutes for all of the resevoirs to build up with water. I had to disconnect mine for a few weeks, and it took a bit to get the pressure back through it.
If its not producing water in 15-30 minutes, then you may have a clog somewhere else. Maybe a piece of debris sucked up in the lines.

Is there a filter unit or bypass in place? This has affected my ice production water output before, so has a dirty filter.
