Hi. I have a 2000 plymouth voyger. The instrument panel does not work when I turn on the car. But when I shift into reverse or any other gear, the panel turns on. While on all of the gears PRND light up for a while. What could be causing this and how can I fix it? I have already changed the input and output speed sensors.
