    Diet and Performance
In my last thread I was told that if a man doesn't eat meat and dairy then his performance could be elongated, another question hit me at that time. What about her? Is there anything that I can make for her or keep her away from to help her orgasm? I never knew about how diet was involved in our sex life but I guess if you think about it what you put into your body is fuel, I just want to know what kind of fuel is best for her body and mine.

Food does have and effect on how well you perform in bed, but not as significant as was suggested in the other thread. Truth be told, if you eat a lot of red meat and a lot of dairy, it won't have an effect on your performance. I can attest to that.

I am quite skeptical about the claim made in the post. I have found a site that talked about this. Their premise for meat affecting sexual performance was based on a acupunture theory; the kidney's being the source of Sexual 'Power' and how meat degrades the kidney's power. The amount of horse puckey that was being extruded by the article astounded me.

A healthy balanced diet and a good amount of exercise will help you out between the sheets.

Really, I haven't heard of ANY specific food that boosts libido, or makes sexual performance better consistently.

There are a lot of myths out there about natural aphrodisiacs, but I've not heard of any studies that have conclusively proven them to be true.

Would love to see links to some if people actually know of studies that have been done to show specific food has an effect---ASIDE from a balanced diet and enough exercise, that is.
