We installed a pre-made shower pan with mortar and I do not think we added enough water so the pan has give when you stand on it and it is crunchy sounding like loose sand. Can this be removed without wrecking the $500 pan? The drain was glued as needed and there is no access from below. What do we do now. If we get to re-mortar it what is the consistency of the mortar and the water
