    Applying the uniaxial stress on FRAM
    How do I calculate the uniaxial stress applied on FRAM, or ferroelectric memory chip, by putting a probe tip on it? I have to calculate the localized force applied and the absolute force as well. What method/methods do I use to calculate both?
