Where is the fuse for the heating unit of a Kenmore 417.8252500 dryer? Does anyone have a Schematic other than the one that comes with the owner's manual I can download?

The dryer does not heat, but the drum does rotate fine though. The owner's manual says that there are two house fuses and if one of them are blown, the drum may turn but the heater will not heat. Do they really mean my house fuse in my home's circuit box? That does not make much sense to me. Is there a fuse that could have blown in the dryer?
