My dryer just quit heating up after a faithful 15 years service. Where do I find parts to make it work again? It's an electric dryer. I tried turning off the circuit breaker and turning it back on, but "sigh" that didn't fix the problem.

Take a look at this post and this link (look for cutout about halfway down). My money is on the thermal fuse, and it is easy and inexpensive to fix (if you do it yourself). If it is the element, you can still do the repair, but it is just more work (and more expensive).
Don't forget to unplug the dryer before working on it!
Best of luck,
