I want to know how could I test healthy of a Ldmos power transistor before use it in the circuit.
I test a Mosfet by charge the gate-source capacitance via a 9volts battery multimeter and making drain-source channel on.
But this way is not successful for a Ldmos device! Why?
Could you please guide me?
