I want to ask a question about Divorce. If husband gives 1st time divorce (Talaq) to his wife and then within time they are willing to live with each other. After some time husband gives 2nd time divorce (Talaq) and then they don't patch up within time. After 5 months period they are again willing to live with each other. Then The Nikkah Ceremony held and they start to live a happy life. The question is this that now after this Nikkah, Husband has again the right on 3 times divorce (Talaq) or only 1 left. (as woman has right to do Nikkah anywhere after completing the time and if she marry with any other person then that person have this right (3 times Talaq). So in this way 1st husband also have this right or not)
