Are you asking for help in finding a place that will subsidize you?

There may be some government programs, depending on where you live.

I don't have a job never really worked lived most my life on the street and now that I'm older I want somethang more out of my life I need cash to help me get an education

Yes it is hard, but there really isn't any other way, unless you have friends or family that are willing to help.

Your best bet is to start applying for grants, the worst that can happen is they say no, but you won't know until you try.
