Also, if you had been ordered to do 300 hours of community service and pay $6,000 fine, the Judge was very serious when he ordered that you be put on probation versus sit in prison for what you did.

If you weren't too broke and poor to stab the guy you aren't too broke and poor to finish the terms of your probation. It's a hard fact of life.
