    Garage door opener frequency problem
Garage door will not open unless right next to the door and then it takes forever for it to work. Have to keep pushing the button and holding down for awhile. Sometimes it works sometimes not. The keypad looses its password and won't work on a regular basis also. Was told it was probably a frequency problem in our house. Any insight into this problem out there?

Is the keypad wired or wireless? How old is the garage door opener? Do you have wired pushbuttons and do they work properly?

Keypad is wireless. Garage door opener is brand new. What are wired pushbuttons? We have an opener on the wall inside the garage. That one works all the time. And have two remotes.
