How to set up water heater to pressure tank
We are having a shallow well dug this spring up in Maine and are looking for information on how to install the main water pipe to the pressure tank to the hot water tank with plumbing to go to our shower, bath sink and kitchen sink. We do have basic plumbing skills.

Are you going to pull a permit? Have the well digger run your line to the tank. You will want to run 3/4' trunk lines to your water heater and 3/4" trunk line after the haeter. You establish main trunk for both hot and cold, nearing a bathroom or kitchem you can drop of the trunk with 1/2" or just stay 3/4" if piping costs aren't an issue. What will you use: PEX, PVC or what?
