Well we were looking online for some kits and they have several testimonials of working and getting preganant but we want to be 100 percent sure I am going to get pregnant so we are not to convinced but it would be much more comfortable to do it at home what do you think ?>

There is never a 100% chance of pregnancy.

Where are you? Not everywhere allows adoption by same-sex partners.

If adoption isn't possible, then you should get a will, or other legal documentation, giving her custody of the child should anything happen to you.

There are several sites with direction on at-home insemination, and even some that sell kits.
