Where is fuel pump impact reset switch?
On Fords, the Inertia Switch is often located behind the right rear trunk liner. I'm not sure on Camrys. kitch428 will likely see your posting and answer for sure.
On your car, there isn't an Inertia Switch per se'. There's a circuit opening relay. When power is cut to that through the ignition switch, ECM, and EFI relay the pump stops.
Unlike Honda's, Toyota's use sustained pressure in the fuel rail. There is no priming the pump.
In later Camry's, when airbags deploy, it cuts ignition and the pump is cut off. A simple recycle of the key and it resets.
I'll supply a diagram of your car so you can see for yourself, assuming you have a 5SFE 4 cylinder model.
