My son is involved in a couple of bergerys in pa and I was wounderin if I can get him the first offenders act to help him out. This is his first time in any kind of serios trouble.

From what I can read that program is for first time drug/DUI offenders. Did you read the site I furnished?

Also unless he is being charged only with one crime, sounds like at least two, I doubt he would fall under it.

But he needs an attorney, without one he has a much greater chance of spending more time in jail.
