    If you break your lease in fl how long do you have until you need to move?
    I live in fl and I want to break my lease but if I break it how long do I have to move out officially?

    What makes you think you CAN break your lease? Florida is the worst state to try and do so. Florida landlords can just sit back and not re rent the property until the lease expires. This leaves you responsible for the rental payments.

    I would suggest you try to negotiate a buyout, sublet or find a replacement tenant.
